Statement on the personal data privacy protection policy – KiF Solutions d.o.o.
Kif solutions d.o.o., VAT: 56625567720, with headquarters at Velika Ostrna, Jasinje street no. 4; and the office at Vlaška street no.62, Zagreb ( further in text: KIF Solutions d.o.o. ) is giving a great priority to protecting personal data.
Personal data privacy protection policy defines the relation which KiF Solutions d.o.o. has towards the data collected during administrating accounting, bookkeeping, advisory and other services towards its clients and business associates.
Collecting and processing personal data
Personal data is considered all data which refers to an individuals whose identity is or can be determined (further in text: Examinee). KiF Solutions d.o.o. collects all of the personal data of its examinees/users of its services by explicit and voluntary, written consent which the clients give when accepting KiF Solutions d.o.o. services, by which they agree that their personal data can be processed and used.
All of the collected data are processed in a legit and transparent way, respecting the integrity of the Examinee.
Using and sharing of personal data
KiF Solutions d.o.o. uses collected data exclusively in a way and purpose which is stated in the Contract of providing accounting – bookkeeping services, and according to all other contracts which are concluded with its business partners.
KiF Solution d.o.o. uses collected data of its clients and business partners explicitly for identification and briefing purposes only, communication and execution of all of the contractually and legally regulated obligations.
KiF Solutions d.o.o., with the attention of a good sovereign, takes all necessary actions to protect collected personal data of its clients and business partners, and to prevent them of being unauthorizedly and illegally available to third parties. Employees working for the KiF Solutions d.o.o., and executor of personal data protection, are obligated to respect the confidentiality of collected personal data, and to obey all of the parameters stated in the general acts of KiF Solutions d.o.o. brought for the purpose of protection personal data.
Updating personal data
KiF Solutions d.o.o. is obligated to respect the data confidentiality according to the Law of protecting personal data. We ask our clients and business partners to inform us on time in case of any personal data changes so that we could correct and update them in our records in time.
We hereby ask all of KiF Solutions d.o.o clients and business partners which do not want to receive notifications, newsletters and other electronic mail that Kif Solutions d.o.o. sends with the purpose of informing and conducting marketing activities, to please send us a request via e-mail address stated below in which stating that they would like to unsubscribe from receiving such notifications.
Examinee rights
Every examinee has the right to access its data collected by the KiF Solutions d.o.o.; has the right to correct them, delete them from the records, also has the right to imposition restrictions due to their processing, as to giving and/or withdrawing of the rights to transpose them and the right to object.
Data safety
KiF Solutions d.o.o. invests all available funds, and technical and organizational measures to provide the safety of personal data, especially taking care that all of the data are adequately archived and protected from lose, destruction, forgery, illegal manipulation, unauthorized access and issuing to third parties.
In the purpose of insuring the safety of personal data we use computer systems and programs on our websites that ensure adequate tracking of web visits who can recognize unauthorized data modification attempts, and also alerts on the individuals and/or organizations that could cause damage. All unauthorized data download and modification attempts are strictly prohibited on the KiF Solutions d.o.o. web sites.
